Im Herzen des Bezirks Moabit betreiben wir eine lebendige Kantine, die täglich zahlreiche Gäst:innen zum Frühstück und Mittagessen begrüßt. Diese Kantine ist nicht nur ein Ort der kulinarischen Begegnung, sondern auch unsere hauptsächliche Ausbildungsstätte. Hier bereitet unser engagiertes Team, gemeinsam mit unseren Auszubildenden, täglich drei bis fünf verschiedene warme Gerichte frisch zu. Auch das Frühstücksangebot und eine Auswahl an frischen Salaten werden hier täglich mit Sorgfalt produziert.
