We create jobs, training places and open up sustainable opportunities. We achieve this together, on equal terms and in daily cooperation.
For us, inclusion is not an optional addition, but the core of our work philosophy. From the outset, we design work processes in such a way that maximum participation is possible for all people. Our clear mission is to create fair, meaningful and long-term jobs and training places for people with and without disabilities. We are convinced that real added value and good work are created where everyone — regardless of individual requirements — is taken seriously and valued. Inclusion is no exception for us, but an integral part of our quality standards, which creates teams that learn from each other, take responsibility and grow together.
For us, active inclusion means:
Adapting workplaces instead of bending people.
Provide support where it's needed.
See strengths — not deficiencies.

Inclusion in practice is not reflected in mission statements, but in daily interaction. Whether in the kitchen, in service, in the dining room or in catering — for us, that means working together, learning together and finding solutions together.
This philosophy plays a central role in our education in particular. Our locations — especially the canteen in Moabit — are real places of learning where people with and without disabilities start working life hand in hand. Inclusion is not only explained here, but actively lived and experienced on a daily basis.
Working for us thus becomes much more than just a job: it becomes a place of genuine participation, personal development and mutual respect.
